	AB341 requires mandatory commercial recycling in California beginning July 1, 2012. Businesses or public entities that subscribe to a service of 4 cubic yards or more of solid waste per week must recycle. Multi-family dwellings of 5 units or more must also recycle. Click here for more details.

	Solid Resources Fee (SRF) Overcharges If you lived in an apartment or multi-family building and paid a Solid Resources Fee you may be entitled to a refund. Si Ud vivío en un apartamento u otro edifìco de vivienda multifamiliar y pagó una Tarifa de Recursos Sólidos, Ud puede tener derecho a un reembolso. Claim Forms must be returned postmarked no later than September 6, 2012.
